1. Straight Talk
I believe in telling the truth, so here’s the plain version: victorrobertfarrell.com isn’t in the business of spying on you, selling your data, or feeding Big Brother. I’m here to share my work, my words, and my convictions — not to harvest your personal life.

2. What We Collect (and Why)
We may gather two kinds of information:

• What you give me — your name, email, or any other details you type into a form when you subscribe, or send a message.
   
• What your browser gives me — basic tech stuff like your IP address, browser type, device type, and which pages you visit. This is done through cookies so I can keep the site running smoothly.
   

I use this information to answer your questions, send you updates (if you’ve asked for them), and make the website a better place to visit.

3. Cookies (the Digital Kind)
Yes, this site uses cookies. They help the site remember your settings, keep track of what pages people visit, and improve performance. You can turn cookies off in your browser if you prefer — but some parts of the site may not work as intended.

4. Who Sees Your Information

• I don’t sell it.
• I don’t rent it. 
• I don’t trade it.

  The only people who might see your information are trusted service providers who help run the site (like email delivery services or secure payment processors) — and only for the purpose of keeping things running.  The only other time I’d share your data is if the law requires it.
   

5. Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your data. That said, the internet isn’t Fort Knox, and no method is 100% foolproof. Use common sense and never send sensitive details unless you’re comfortable doing so.

6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See what information I have about you.
•  Correct or delete that information.
• Withdraw consent for certain uses.
